In my online classes, I invite learners to explain an idea, try it in a small task, and share what they have made.
Begin with a clear question
When I plan a lesson, I start with one practical question: what should a learner be able to explain or do by the end? A focused goal makes it easier to choose the right example and decide what to practice.
Make the thinking visible
Across design, coding, marketing and business topics, I ask learners to show their steps. A short reflection, a draft layout, a simple script or a clear report gives us something concrete to discuss and improve.
Keep the next step small
New skills grow through manageable practice. I break a larger idea into smaller decisions, then invite learners to apply each one before moving on. That rhythm leaves room for questions and helps learning feel approachable.
